Purpose:
WDS is a online retailer of quality work and uniform footwear for businesses, institutions and associations. All products are intended for work use. Purchases for resale purposes will be considered as a default of this Agreement and the Agreement will be terminated.
WDS sells its products via its own webshop at wedoshoes.dk.
Account:
To become a business customer at WDS, you must be registered as a customer by filling out a customer creation form at wedoshoes.dk.
After approval and credit rating, you will receive a customer number, username and password for wedoshoes.dk
Terms of trade:
The following terms and conditions apply to all sales deliveries from WDS
The terms and conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and WDS
WDS reserves the right to change these terms with 30 days notice.
Order confirmation and purchase:
When ordering at wedoshoes.dk, an order confirmation will be sent. Cancellation of confirmed orders is not accepted. Delivered orders cannot be returned to either WDS or its suppliers unless otherwise agreed.
Prices:
The stated price of the goods is WDS 'current sales prices in DKK Danish kroner. All prices are excl. VAT, taxes and duties imposed by a public authority. The prices are only valid within Europe borders,
At the time of delivery, WDS has the right to change prices without notice, in the event of price increases from suppliers.
Payment:
As a Business Customer, you have the option of paying via e-invoicing and EAN invoicing. The invoice amount is transferred to the WDS account in Nørre Nebel Sparekasse, Denmark

Always remember to state the order number when transferring an account.
By bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
Payment card
You can use the following payment cards at wedoshoes.dk:
Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and Paypal
The amount is only deducted from the payment card used when the item is sent. There is no card payment fee on wedoshoes.dk
Property rights and payment terms:
All items are WDS property until the invoice is settled according to agreed payment terms.
In the event of late payment, 3% interest is expected per. commenced month as well as reminder fee per. invoice of DKK 100. The delivered remains the property of the seller until the payment has been made in full.
Delivery time and transport:
Delivery of goods from WDS is considered to have taken place when the goods have been delivered. The shipment of goods is done by freight forwarder. The delivery time is in accordance with the stated delivery time on wedoshoes.dk. If an item is sold out or there is a longer delivery time than expected, you will be informed. A delivery is considered timely, regardless of whether the delivery is postponed by up to 3 weeks, in addition to the stated delivery time. Such deferred delivery thus does not entitle the customer to exercise default rights. By agreed delivery date, we reserve the right to change this, due to external circumstances and we reserve the right to send an email in case of sold out or discontinued item
Shipping and handling fee:
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the prices shown on wedoshoes.dk. For orders placed on less than 6 pairs, a handling fee per order of DKK 40, - ex VAT.
Unless otherwise stated, the order is delivered to either the stated address on the order confirmation or the nearest parcel shop
The risk for the goods:
The risk for goods purchased from WDS passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaints, errors and omissions:
The buyer is obliged to carry out a thorough examination of the goods immediately upon receipt to ascertain any defects and deficiencies. Buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered, unless WDS receives a written reprimand specifying defects and deficiencies and referring to the invoice number within 8 calendar days after delivery of the goods.
If the buyer has informed WDS of errors and defects within a timely manner, then WDS - if the error is acknowledged - is obliged to make a new delivery, in whole or in part, or to rectify any errors and defects or offer the buyer a proportionate reduction in the purchase price corresponding to the decrease in value due to the error or omission.
WDS is not liable for operating losses, profit losses or other indirect losses in connection with the agreement, including indirect losses that arise as a result of delays or defects in the products sold.
2 year warranty:
Pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a right of complaint is granted for 24 months on all goods to consumers.
The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product, which have occurred up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product, wear and tear or other damaging behavior that has led to the defect. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, unless otherwise agreed.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
If you want to complain about a product, documentation must be submitted, stating the date of purchase, invoice and reason for the complaint, also possibly. photo to our customer service email lars@wedoshoes.dk
Personal data policy:
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with We Do Shoes ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
